Loving your classes and the community you have built too! There are always cheerie faces along the way. My core is so much stronger and my posture has improved. After trying reformer I will be doing more of that too.

Unleash classes are the best I’ve ever been too. The yoga is a the perfect mix of movement/ strength building and grounding/ switching off.  Barre is a whole new level. Your whole body is worked, it’s tough but so rewarding and empowering. I’ve noticed such a difference mentally and physically since starting.
